Acolytes Home Health Care LLC is an approved Personal Care Training Center by the Department of Medical Assistance Service. The purpose we serve is to train and teach qualified persons to provide personal care services under Medicaid Waivers.
The Personal Care Aide training program is 40 hours of nursing aide training and be supervised and taught by a RN.
Personal Care Aides (PCA), Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
PCA and CNA has a sacred obligation of taking care of the elderly, sick or infirm individuals. PCA’s and CNA’s are trained certified to perform duties as such:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Continence
- Toileting
- Transferring
- Meal Preparation
- Feeding/Eating
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry
Requirements for Personal Care Aides (PCA) include:
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- Must be able to read and write in English to the degree necessary to perform the tasks expected; and
- Must be able to perform the tasks required.
Disability Home Care
Multiple Sclerosis, Visual Impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries.

Respite Care will give you a chance for a break that you deserve without worrying who will assist your family members who is in need in performing their activities of daily living. This service will give the primary caregiver the break that they deserve temporarily relieving them for a period of time.
